Registration of Interest for Retail Opportunities at WSI
The purpose is to provide for interested parties to register interest in the following retail categories that may be included in the final in terminal retail precinct plan:

Potential Opportunity for Hotel Developer & Operator
A potential opportunity may soon become available for interested parties to be involved in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process, facilitating the development and operation of a new 154 room hotel (Stage 1) with associated facilities at Western Sydney International Airport Business Precinct Stage One (BPSO) – Hotel Precinct.
The Hotel Precinct approved under the BPSO Major Development Plan (MDP) includes construction of a ten-storey 154 room hotel and associated facilities including a two-storey gym, cafe and conference facility with associated car and bus drop-off areas, car park and servicing area to serve the early requirements of the region and airport operations.
