Business Precinct Stage One

Built for today. Designed for tomorrow.

Located at the main gateway of the future hub of Australian aviation, this is your opportunity to be among the first to take your place on 24-hour airport land that is primed for growth.

WSI's first property development opportunities, in partnership with Charter Hall, are located at the main passenger gateway to Sydney's new airport via key arterial roads. The Business Precinct Stage One is served by Elizabeth Drive, the main east-west corridor between the city of Liverpool and surrounding suburbs, as well as the new toll-free M12 and the M7 Motorways.

The pre-leasing opportunities offer industrial, commercial, hotel and retail amenity spaces.
