Visitors
If you are attending WSI for a purpose other than conducting work, you are our visitor.
Your WSI contact is required to organise your visitor access pass, meet and escort you from the security checkpoint to your destination.
Your WSI contact will initiate the application process for a visitor pass.
Workers
To work at WSI, you must have an access card appropriate to your required level of access. This process is initiated as part of your onboarding and includes the following requirements:
- Completion of online onboarding and induction training using our Learning Management System.
- Submission of a request for a WSI access card.
If you work in any restricted areas (such as terminals past security screening points or airside), you are required to hold a job-ready background check, ASIC, or exemption, and have the supporting documentation with you when applying for the access card.
Depending on your role, you may be required to complete further on-site inductions. If you are coming to conduct emergency or on one-off works, for the purposes of accessing WSI, we treat you as a visitor.
Links to our Learning Management System and access card application will be sent to you as part of the onboarding process.
Once your access card is ready, you will receive an email with confirmation and instructions on how to collect the card.
